Set Up: Thurs 9am-9pm, Fri 9pm-5pm
Tear Down: Sunday at 2:30pm (Arena closes to public @ 2:30pm)

Fair Hours
Friday: 7pm - 9pm
Saturday:12pm – 5pm
Sunday:10am-5pm

Vendors are invited to:
Sunday breakfast served 8am to 10am (Adults $10)
Sunday BBQ 4:30pm – 6:30pm (Adults $17.00)

Gate Pass: One gate pass will be issued for each 10 lineal feet of vendor space.No refunds after 30 days of registration date, prior to the fair.

Damages: The vendor indemnifies and saves harmless Harriston-Minto Agricultural Society from any claim for damage arising out of or in consequence of the vendors’ use of space granted by this contract.
